94B Magazines
(1)
A person may apply to the Competent Authority for approval to:
(a)
keep a magazine on a government explosives reserve; or
(b)
store explosives in a government explosives magazine.
(2)
An application must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
The Competent Authority must consider the application and may:
(a)
grant the approval, either conditionally or unconditionally; or
(b)
refuse to grant the approval.
