43 Enforcement of orders and injunctions
(1)
If a court having jurisdiction under this Part is satisfied that a person has knowingly and without reasonable cause contravened an order made or injunction granted under this Part, the court may:
(a)
order the person to give to the court any documents the court thinks fit; and
(b)
make any other orders that the court considers necessary to enforce compliance with the order or injunction.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) affects any other power of a court to enforce its orders or its power to punish a person for contempt.
