19 Vacation of office of member
(1)
A member vacates the member's office if:
(a)
the member's term of office expires; or
(b)
the member resigns the member's office by writing signed by the member and delivered to the Chairperson.
(2)
If a member resigns, the Chairperson must inform the Minister of the member's resignation within 5 days after receiving it.
