48 Definitions
In this Part:
motor vehicle has the same meaning as in the Motor
Vehicles Act 1949.
site means:
(a)
land, a building or a part of land or a building in the precinct;
or
(b)
land, a building or a part of land or a building outside the precinct (but in the Territory) that is under the control or management of DKA.
vehicle means any means of transport whether self-propelled or not and whether used on land or sea or in the air.
