49 Power to make by-laws
(1)
The Board may make by-laws relating to the management of the precinct and land and buildings of or under the control or management of DKA that is or are outside the precinct (but only in respect of land or a building in the Territory or a matter that is connected with the Territory).
(2)
The Board may not make a by-law that is inconsistent with this
Act, or any other Act or any regulations, or that is unlawful.
