129 Application for registration
(1)
A person may apply to the registrar for the registration of a non‑Government school.
(2)
The application must be in writing and accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
The application must be made at least 1 year before the school proposes to provide education programs.
(4)
However, the registrar may reduce the 1-year period in appropriate cases.
(5)
The application must include information as to how the school proposes to meet the registration requirements.
