131 Notice to applicant
(1)
On receiving an application for the registration of a non‑Government school, the registrar must review the application to determine whether it contains the required information.
(2)
The registrar may require the applicant to give further information under section 132 if not satisfied that the application contains the required information.
(3)
The registrar must, as soon as practicable after being satisfied that the application contains the required information, give written notice to the applicant of the receipt of the application.
