188 Transitional matters for repeal of Education Act 1979
(1)
Despite the repeal effected by section 186, Part 2A of the repealed Act (and any regulations for that Part) continues to operate until the commencement of Part 3 of this Act.
(2)
Despite the repeal effected by section 186, Part 7 of the repealed Act (and any regulations for that Part) continues to operate until the commencement of Part 7 of this Act.
(3)
Despite the repeal effected by section 186, Part 9 of the repealed Act (and any regulations for that Part) continues to operate until the commencement of Part 6, Divisions 3 and 4 of this Act.
