Part 7 of the repealed Act continues to apply on and after
1 April 2016 in relation to an application made, but not determined, under section 63A or 68F of that Act before that date.
On 1 April 2016 the Registration Assessment Panel mentioned in section 64 of the repealed Act in existence immediately before that date is taken to be the Registration Assessment Panel established by section 133 of this Act.
An appointment of a person as an assessor under section 68(1), or as a member of panel of nominees under section 68(4), of the repealed Act in force immediately before 1 April 2016 is taken to be an appointment of that person under section 146(1) or (4), as the case requires, of this Act.
On 1 April 2016 a school registered under Part 7 of the repealed
Act immediately before that date is taken to be a school registered under Part 7 of this Act.
