195 Registration requirements
For the period commencing on the commencement of section 12 of the amending Act (the commencement) and ending on
31 December 2024, a registered non-Government school is taken to comply with the registration requirements under section 125 of the
Act as in force immediately after the commencement, if the school complies with the registration requirements under section 125 of the Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
