Applications for registration made but not decided before commencement

(1)

This section applies in relation to an application for registration of a non-Government school that was made but not decided before the commencement of sections 13 to 18 of the amending Act (the

commencement).

(2)

The application is to be reviewed and determined in accordance with Part 7, Divisions 3, 4 and 5, of the Act as in force immediately before the commencement.

(3)

The Registration Assessment Panel in existence immediately before the commencement of section 17 of the amending Act must continue to deal with the application in accordance with subsection (2).
