292 Improper influence of officials
A person must not do anything improper for the purpose of influencing any of the following in the exercise or performance of the person's powers or functions under this Act:
(a) the
Commission;
(b) a member of the Redistribution Committee;
(c) the
Commissioner or an officer.
Maximum penalty: 400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
