47 Prevention of dismantling of electricity infrastructure in execution of judgment
(1)
Electricity infrastructure owned or operated by an electricity entity cannot be dismantled in execution of a judgment.
(2)
This section does not prevent the sale of an electricity generating plant or an electricity network as a going concern in execution of a judgment.
