Recorded notice applies to owners and occupiers of land

(1)

This section applies if a monitoring and management notice relating to land is recorded under section 202(3).

(2)

If the monitoring and management notice was issued to the owner or occupier of the land to which it applies, the notice is binding on each owner or occupier for the time being of the land.
