Notice by owner or occupier to CEO

In force

(1)

This section applies if a monitoring and management notice relating to land is recorded under section 202(3).

(2)

A person who is or was bound by the monitoring and management notice as the owner or occupier of the land must give written notice to the CEO as soon as practicable after the person ceases to own or occupy the land.

(3)

The written notice must state the name and address of the new owner or occupier of the land.
