Criteria for action closure certificate

(1)

The Minister may, by Gazette notice, determine criteria to be met by an approval holder before an action closure certificate can be issued in relation to an action.

(2)

The Minister may determine different criteria for different classes of action.

(3)

This section does not prevent the Minister from imposing different or additional criteria in relation to a particular action closure certificate.
