Issue of action closure certificate

In force

The Minister may issue the action closure certificate to the approval holder if the Minister is satisfied that:

(a)

all rehabilitation and remediation requirements in relation to the action have been completed in accordance with this Act and the environmental approval; and

(b)

the approval holder has completed the closure requirements of the environmental approval; and

(c)

the approval holder has complied with any requirements of section

212.
