231 Prohibitory injunctions
(1)
If a person has engaged, is engaging or is proposing to engage in conduct constituting a contravention of this Act, the court may grant an injunction restraining the person from engaging in the conduct.
(2)
If the court grants an injunction restraining a person from engaging in conduct and in the opinion of the court it is desirable to do so, the court may make an order requiring the person to do a specified act or thing.
