Orders as to costs

In force

(1)

In any proceeding under this Division, the court may make any order as to costs that it considers just and reasonable.

(2)

Without limiting its discretion under subsection (1), the court may determine not to require an applicant to pay costs if the court considers that the proceeding is in the public interest.
