41C Deciding application
(1) The CEO must consider the application and decide whether or not to grant registration to the applicant.
(2) The CEO must not grant registration unless the applicant has declared that:
(a) the applicant is a party to one or more supplier arrangements; and
each supplier arrangement to which the applicant is a party:
(i) contains provisions that deal with the matters mentioned in section 11(2); and
does not contain provisions inconsistent with this Act; and
contains only provisions that are appropriate for the CDS; and
(c) each regulated container the applicant intends to supply in the Territory is or will be the subject of one or more of the supplier arrangements.
