41E Notice of decision
(1)
If the CEO grants registration subject to a condition imposed under section 41D(1)(g), the CEO must give the applicant a review notice for the decision to impose the condition.
Note for subsection (1)
Under section 41M(1), the
CEO is also required to issue a person with a registration certificate if the CEO grants registration.
(2)
If the CEO refuses to grant registration, the CEO must give the applicant a review notice for the refusal.
