Appearance, giving evidence or making submissions by audio link

In force

A person must not appear, evidence must not be given and a submission must not be made, by audio link under this Division, unless:

(a)

the place where a Territory entity is sitting (place A);

and

(b)

the place where the person would appear, evidence would be given or the submission would be made (place B);

are equipped with audio link facilities that enable:

(c)

all appropriate persons who are at place A to hear all appropriate persons at place B; and

(d)

all appropriate persons who are at place B to hear all appropriate persons at place A.
