49K Administration of oaths
An oath to be taken by a person giving evidence by a communication link under this Division may be administered:
(a)
by means of a communication link, as nearly as practicable in the same way as if the person were to give evidence in the place where the Territory entity is sitting; or
(b)
at the direction of, or on behalf of, the entity at the place where the person is giving the evidence, by a person authorised by the entity.
