Appearances by Commissioner

In force

(1)

In an action, prosecution or other proceeding under this Act in a court, the Commissioner may appear personally, by a legal practitioner or by an officer appointed by the Commissioner.

(2)

The appearance of an officer appointed under subsection (1) and a statement by the officer that he or she appears by authority of the

Commissioner are together sufficient evidence of that authority.
