5 Director of Fisheries
(1)
The Minister may appoint a person to be the Director of
Fisheries.
(2)
The Minister shall cause notice of an appointment made under subsection (1) to be published in the Gazette.
(3)
Subject to the directions of the Minister, the Director is responsible for the general administration of this Act.
