8A Return of identity card
(1)
A person who ceases to be a Fisheries Officer or Fisheries
Inspector must return the person's identity card to the Director within 21 days after the cessation.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
