205A Infringement notice offences
(1)
For section 46A(1) of the Act, definition infringement notice offence, an offence against a provision of the Act, these Regulations or a fishery management plan specified in
Schedule 6 is an infringement notice offence.
(2)
For section 46A(2) of the Act, definition prescribed amount, the number of penalty units specified for an infringement notice offence is the amount specified opposite the offence in Schedule 6.
