208A Timor Reef Fishery licence levy
(1)
The Joint Authority may, by Gazette notice, prescribe a levy for each fishery unit attached to a Timor Reef Fishery licence to be paid by the holder of the licence on application for renewal of the licence.
(2)
The levy is payable in addition to any fees or levies otherwise payable under the Act or these Regulations.
(3)
If the Joint Authority refuses to renew a Timor Reef Fishery licence, the Joint Authority must refund to the applicant for the renewal the levy paid for the application.
