26 Surrender of licence
(1)
The holder of an internet gaming key employee licence may, at any time, surrender the licence by returning it, together with the approved form, to the Director.
(2)
A licence ceases to have effect immediately after the licence and the approved form are received by the Director under subregulation (1).
