27 When licence to be returned to Director
An internet gaming key licensee must deliver or send his or her internet gaming key employee licence to the Director as soon as practicable after:
(a)
the licence is cancelled, suspended, varied or made subject to conditions; and
(b)
he or she has received notice from the Director requiring the return of the licence.
Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.
