55 Public Guardian guidelines
The Public Guardian may make guidelines for this Act in relation to the following:
(a)
how to apply and interpret section 13, including determining the appropriate health care decision maker when more than one person may be the appropriate health care decision maker;
(b)
satisfying the duty of a health care provider under section 23;
(c)
determining capacity under section 24;
(d)
administering routine health care under section 25;
(e)
making health care decisions generally under this Act.
