Complaint in relation to public housing safety officer not made before commencement

In force

(1)

This section applies to a person if, immediately before the commencement, the person:

(a)

was entitled to make a complaint in relation to the conduct of a public housing safety officer under the former complaint review provision; and

(b)

had not yet made a complaint in relation to the conduct of the public housing safety officer.

(2)

The person may make a complaint in relation to the conduct of the public housing safety officer under the former complaint review provision, as if the former complaint review provision had not been repealed.

(3)

The complaint must be dealt with in accordance with the former complaint review provision, as if the former complaint review provision had not been repealed.
