61 Complaint in relation to public housing safety officer not determined before commencement
(1)
Subsection (2) applies in relation to a complaint relating to a public housing safety officer that:
(a)
was made by a person under the former complaint review provision before the commencement; and
(b)
had not been finally dealt with in accordance with the former complaint review provision before the commencement.
(2)
The complaint must be dealt with in accordance with the former complaint review provision, as if the former complaint review provision had not been repealed.
