21 Independence of ICAC
(1)
The ICAC is not subject to direction by any person about:
(a)
the way the ICAC performs the ICAC's functions under this Act; or
(b)
the priority given to any particular matters.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite anything to the contrary in the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993.
