28 Term of appointment
(1) The Inspector holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2) A person who is or was the
Inspector may be reappointed, if still an eligible person, for one further period not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment.
