30 Oath before taking office
(1) A person appointed to be the
Inspector must, before exercising any powers or performing any functions as Inspector, take an oath that the person will faithfully, impartially and truly perform the functions of the Inspector according to law.
(2) The oath must be administered by the Administrator.
