29 Authorised officers
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in writing, appoint a person to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A member of the Police Force or an inspector appointed under section 16 of the Liquor Act 2019 is an authorised officer while exercising the powers conferred on an authorised officer by this Act.
