135 Sharing of receipts, revenue or other income
(1)
Nothing in this Act prevents an Australian legal practitioner from sharing with an incorporated legal practice receipts, revenue or other income arising from the provision of legal services by the practitioner.
(2)
This section does not extend to the sharing of receipts, revenue or other income in contravention of section 136 and has effect subject to section 74.
