31 Admission and articles
The repealed Rules continue to apply in relation to the following matters as if these Rules had not commenced:
an application for admission to practise made under Part 3,
Division 1 of the repealed Rules that has not been dealt with by the
Court before the commencement date;
an application for directions made under Part 3, Division 3 of the repealed Rules that has not been dealt with by the Board before the commencement date;
an application for admission to the legal profession made under these Rules after the commencement date by a person who applied for directions mentioned in paragraph (b).
If a person considers he or she has suffered special prejudice as a result of the commencement of these Rules, the person may apply to the Court for relief and the Court may make the orders it considers appropriate in the circumstances.
