10 Actuarial review
(1)
The Commissioner must have an actuarial review of the Scheme carried out as at 30 June 2019 and 3 year intervals after that date, or at other dates as directed by the Minister.
(2)
The Commissioner may engage an actuary to carry out an actuarial review.
(3)
The cost of engaging an actuary and the costs of an actuarial review are to be paid by the Territory.
