Officers

In force

(1)

The Minister may appoint a person to be an officer for the purposes of this Act.

(2)

The Minister shall issue to an officer appointed under this Act a certificate stating that he is such an officer.

(3)

No officer appointed under this section shall be empowered to issue notices under section 9A unless, on appointment by the

Minister, he is specifically authorized so to do.
