62 Authorisation of slower rate of travel
(1)
The Registrar may authorise a slower rate of travel than is prescribed by regulation 61 if, in the Registrar's opinion, the livestock are incapable of travelling at the prescribed rate because they are weak, immature or diseased.
(2)
The authorisation must specify the minimum distance required to be travelled in each successive period of 7 days.
