63 Application for movement permit
(1)
An application for a standstill zone movement permit must be made to the Chief Inspector by or for the owner of the livestock, animal, animal product or other thing for which the permit is sought.
(2)
An application for a declared area movement permit must be made to an inspector by or for the person required to apply under section 59 of the Act.
