1.11 Exercise of power
(1) The Court may exercise a power under these Rules of its own motion or on application.
(2)
In exercising a power under these Rules, the Court:
(a) must endeavour to ensure that all questions in proceedings are effectively, completely, promptly and economically determined; and
(b)
may impose any conditions it considers appropriate.
