19.07 Costs of proof
Where a party:
(a)
serves a notice under rule 19.05(3) disputing a fact and later the fact is proved in the proceedings; or
(b)
serves a notice under rule 19.06(3) disputing the authenticity of a document and later its authenticity is proved in the proceedings,
the party must pay the costs of proof unless the Court orders otherwise.
