Annexures and exhibits

In force

(1)

A document referred to in an affidavit:

(a)

is to be annexed to the affidavit; or

(b) if the document is too large to be annexed, may be referred to as an exhibit.

(2) An exhibit to an affidavit is to be identified by a separate certificate that:

(a)

is annexed to the exhibit; and

(b)

bears the same title as the affidavit; and

(c)

is signed by the person witnessing the affidavit.
