29.09 Warrant of possession
(1)
Where 3 months have elapsed after a judgment for possession under this Part takes effect, the Court may give leave for the issue of a warrant of possession.
(2)
A plaintiff may apply for leave under subrule (1) without notice to any person unless the Court orders otherwise.
(3)
A warrant of possession issued under this Part is to be in accordance with Form 29C.
