30.01 Definitions
In this Part:
Commissioner means the Commissioner of Business
Tenancies within the meaning of section 12 of the Business
Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003.
order for possession means an order for possession made under the Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003.
retail tenancy claim means any claim or application specified in section 84 of the Business Tenancies (Fair
Dealings) Act 2003.
tenancy application means an application to the Court under the Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003 other than a retail tenancy claim.
