3.01 Calculating time
Unless the Court orders otherwise, a time fixed by these Rules or by an order or document in proceedings is to be calculated in accordance with this rule.
Where a time of one day or longer is to begin on or be calculated from a day or event, the day or the day on which the event occurs is to be excluded.
Where a time of one day or longer is to end on or be calculated to a day or event, the day or the day on which the event occurs is to be included.
Where a time of 5 days or less includes a day on which an office of the Court is closed, that day is to be excluded.
Where the last day for doing an act at an office of the Court is a day on which the office is closed, the act may be done on the next day the office is open.
