3.03 Extending or reducing time
(1)
The Court may extend or reduce a time fixed by these Rules or fixed, extended or reduced by an order.
(2)
Subject to rule 7.06, the Court may extend a time under subrule
(1)
before or after the time expires whether or not an application for the extension is made before the time expires.
